On one occasion, the shy and timid Nitin was beaten by a classmate. Instead of being suppressed, he resolved to stand for himself.

His naughty nature was not impacted by any hardships in life. His childhood was filled with curiosity and of course, mischief.

In grade 7, Nitin developed a passion to teach, which led him to tutor younger children and subsequently it led him into learning a lot many things from the children in return.

He applied for NCC but got rejected due to his poor eyesight. Nitin believed failure is the stepping stone to success and thus, eyed upon entrepreneurship.

Another setback at the age of 15, with dwindling family resources, forced Nitin to sell fire-crackers and New Year calendars called ‘Kalnirnay’.

Nitin supported himself during his graduation by working and living in a Pune Nursery. No job was small for him.

Nitin was introduced to Mumbai, got his first job in the city at Graham Firth. He resided with a friend at Manish Nagar, Andheri (W).

Working for Apt Instruments was just the start, along with a double shift at Graham Firth Steel during nights.

Eureka Forbes, Arunil, Kores, and finally Automats were his diversified and versatile corporate learning playgrounds.
